This training program is compact and moderately intense. It is designed to produce strong, competitive, and successful runners / athletes, once the individual is willing and capable.

This program is designed for you the individual who want to compete and win in running events such as distance / endurance running (road and track) cross-country, half marathons, Marathons or shorter distances.
